Hugging this character: I have no problem with it, but he's usually not all that touchy-feely. If you're not someone he can just shove off he'll act really stiff and uncomfortable with it.
Kissing this character: As above.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead. Starscream's response will vary- for instance, he's not a xenophile, but he likes having his ego stroked.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead. Starscream does have a long history of being involved in combat and is almost untouchable during an aerial assault, but in melee combat he's actually pretty easy to defeat, provided his opponent knows what they're doing. (Doesn't help that he panics easily.)
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Ask before you do anything more severe than scratches.
Killing this character: Will need to be thoroughly discussed beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I don't have any issues with it, just give me a head's up.

Warnings: Although I like playing him as a bit of a jerkass woobie, Starscream canonically is willing and capable of doing some pretty monstrous things. (e.g. murder, torture, being kind of rude.) Bear that in mind when you interact with him.
